This is a nice little children’s shop with a great variety of clothes toys and shoes. While overpriced, the customer service has been great in my opinion!
I went here to get a balloon for my daughters first birthday. It was the number 1 balloon and it was 10£! A lot right? Well it promptly blew away when we left the shop because it wasn’t tied in tight enough to the ribbon. We went back the the shop and explained and they happily gave us another balloon for free. This is the kind of customer service I really appreciate. Would have given this store a 5 if the prices were more reasonable.

I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THAT SHOP EVER AGAIN.
Very good range of high quality baby clothes, great for birth presents, good range of toys, arts and crafts, 10−20£ so very easy to shop there for birthdays.
Therefore you would expect a smile on the sales women’s face.
I used to go there a lot untill a sunday morning when I was having lunch in the neighbourhood with my kids and took them there for a treat. The sales woman when I went to pay litterally accused my son of stealing something and I had to empty his pocket to proove her wrong. Not only she did that (in a kid shop, I would expect some way to treat kids, she did not even tryi to be polite or apologetic,) but she didnt even seem sorry for it and did not try to apologize to me or my 5 years old son.
Better shop on the internet or in Toys r us than ever go back to that place.

Great place. They do really good haircuts, are very friendly, let children play with the toys and have fun. This is a high end place but it is not overly expensive and they do not pretend to be anything that they are not.
