I love supporting local independent businesses (I guess who doesn’t on Unilocal!), and this place couldn’t get anymore local for me.
I’ve been watching it with a beady eye since it has opened and have watched it go from a take-​away casual café to a more evening orientated, byob Italian.
I’ve only tried the food from here once but it was delicious and more ish. I ordered the veggie calzone and my boyfriend had the pasta of the day. Being a non-​pig eater, I didn’t have much choice, but my boyfriend had almost too much! My veggie option was really delicious and filling and the sausage pasta went down a treat too, from what I saw.
The guy serving me was also lovely — very warm, friendly and enthusiastic!
I’ve walked past on many evenings and the cosy looking atmosphere has certainly tempted me, so I will be back to check it out as a sit in venue at some point soon.
