I was taken here by a friend who was in search of some shisha. Always a bit weary of shisha places either because they can rip you off or the locals in them are less than friendly, I walked down the little alley way to the back. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice little garden area with cosy looking seating areas. Staff greater us warmly and showed us to our table. Unfortunately the seats were not quite as comfortable as they looked but that is a minor niggle. The shisha was good and lasted around 40 minutes with 5 of us which is good going and was nicely priced too(£12) the beers were not to expensive either with 5 peroni’s for £15. Unfortunately I can’t comment on the food but saw others eating and it looked good. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around that way and after a smoke or just a quiet drink. The garden definitely makes it worth the visit

Food is ok, does the business. But what I LOVE about this place is the ‘garden paradiso’ out the back. You would never imagine from the roadside what a delightful paradise awaits but it really is worth it on a sunny day. And the staff are very friendly and accommodating — I’ve been lots of times with biggish parties with people arriving at different times, ordering at intervals and they were really flexible with our bitty ordering and paying. Worth a visit, I say.

I would say this is your standard Italian /Pizzeria, of which you will find hundreds all over London. I wasn’t impressed by the food, nor by the service, but I also didn’t experience anything that turned me off this place. The pizza Caprese, which I had ordered, was rather tasty and the crust was nice and very thin. And that’s all I have to say about this place… Would I come back? Yeah… maybe…but to be honest, there are pizzerias around Archway that have much better and friendlier service. However, I hear that they have an alfresco dining area, which is rather untypical and so I might return in the summer and give it another try.

Very good italian restaurant — amazing pasta with sea food, but overall THEBESTOLIVESIN A WORLD. I pop in quite regularly for only some olives to take away to devour them straight away.:)) In general one of the best plaices on Archway, especially with this garden at the back where you can laid back and«forget» about the world.

This traditional Italian café is a welcome refuge from the horrors of Archway. Leap inside, shut the door and breathe a deep sigh of relief as you relax into a bowl of chips, friendly waitresses at your side/beck and call. Hot chocolate is good(always the most important thing in a café). They do affordable meals and the interior has a calming Mediteranean feel. There is even a garden at the back, though I’ve only been there in winter. It is very friendly and welcoming, such a contrast to its surroundings!
