I was told itsu was good, but I wouldn’t believe it until I tried it.
And you know what — they were all right! I’ve been craving sushi but, thinking in $, didn’t want to get sushi take-​away that was mediocre and feel like I was ripped off big time. Welcome to my new sushi joint!
Lots of options at this itsu. I had a hard time deciding. I went with the 6 piece of salmon sushi and the poached salmon and edamame on rice box. Total was £6.98.
The salmon was fresh. Very good. The rice meal was what I needed to get me through a liquid happy hour also.
All in all, itsu, you rock. I’ll have to check out this ‘sale’ 30 minutes before closing too… discounted quality fish? Yes please!
