Terrible. Were not up front with me about all of their fees involved. They wanted to charge me almost £600 upon move in. Had to haggle with them to not charge double inventory check fee (£200+ each). Make sure to only pay one of these. Was never told about an «Agreement fee» up front.

Great, friendly, classy estate agents on the Old York Road opposite Wandsworth Town BR.
I popped in to ask about rental opportunities in the area, and was greeted by friendly staff and a wealth of options.
There’s actually a huge variety of choice around here, and if you fancy somewhere affordable which is also close to the centre of town, have a look in here. Might surprise you.
