So I’ve had Jhal Muri Express a few times now at different locations, and it never fails to impress. Especially because it’s so simple in nature. Angus, the one man workaholic, brings his amazing flowered cart everywhere. He chops the veggies, makes the sauce and quickly and expertly puts it all together in a rolled up newspaper or magazine sheet. Jhal Muri, but the way, is puffed rice, chickpea flour noodles, fried lentils and peanuts with veggies, tamarind sauce, lime juice, mustard oil, chaat masala and garam masala. And it is seriously tasty. If you see Angus out and about, stop, get it, eat it, you will not be sad you did.
