The John Ding academy is an excellent place to study Tai Chi and Qigong.
The style of Tai Chi studied is Yang style. It is taught at a comfortable pace by Master Ding’s instructors.
There are also yoga and pilates classes that take place on a Wednesday and Sunday. It is a full time studio that is open everyday apart from Saturday.
The studio is purposely built for holistic therapies and study. You can try a variety of classes before you become a member.
