John Rushton Shoes

I have tried to order at least two pairs of Crockett & Jones shoes, with the Dainite rubber soles, before Christmas 2012.
And so I was then promised by Mr Rushton, (the man himself that is), that the shoes will arrive before Christmas and he said that he will give me a phone call to say that they have arrived.
Unfortunately, the Dainite rubber sole shoes never arrived from Northampton to London, in time before Christmas 2012.
Four weeks later, towards the end of January, the shoes did arrived, but that came to my attention when I visited the shop.
And guess what, Mr Rushton never had the common curiosity to inform me that my shoes which I’ve ordered have finally arrived.
Talk about his customer service methods, I’d rather buy from Harrods if this is the kind of experience I’m getting.
Never again will I ever contact or visit this shoe store.
