I think it’s a fabulous lunch spot. HUGE menu, HUGE wraps with not so huge prices! I had the Matt wrap which was spicy chicken, jalapeño, hummus, and potatoes all wrapped in a yummy fresh warm pita. The fillings were great and fresh. And the pita wrap itself was delightful. And the best part. …it was only £5.50!!!

They have a dizzying number of wrap choices. We ordered the«David» and the«Divante.» Both were tasty albeit a bit messy. You can’t beat the prices. Loss of a star for lack of a customer toilet.

Excellent wraps, breakfast and salads, but stay away from the jacket potatoes! So disappointed in this place. everything else is so good! For that reason it’ll have to get 4 stars

The best chicken schwarma I’ve ever had. Easy, quick, and relatively cheap. The chicken was moist, the seasoning was perfect, a great blend of meat/veg/spreads.

Do you like wraps? Well, I hope so, because this place has 75 different varieties to choose from — and counting! All of the wraps are around a fiver, and are indeed«jumbo» — decently filling, and decently tasty. Basically, whenever I want a wrap at lunch time, I come here. Part of the allure is the choice — I’ve been a handful of times and thus far haven’t had the same thing twice — the variety is ridiculous! The reason behind this, I hear, is that if you do somehow manage to order off-menu, and make that order often enough, they will let you name it and they’ll put it on their enormous blackboard menu! All the wraps are put together fresh upon ordering meaning they don’t have that soggy feeling of vegetables sitting on bread all day — nor are they dried out. Hot fillings are heated then too; nothing sitting on hot plates stewing away — meaning your wrap tastes about as fresh as it can in any of the surrounding sandwich shops and delis. Some wraps are better than others, a few I have had are not the most mind-blowing you’ll ever try, but with so many options there absolutely has to be a few gems in there. Give it a go!

Jumbo Eats has an extensive if almost overwhelming menu for first time visitors. When you walk in there are boards lining the walls with tons of wrap options. If you cannot find something that fits exactly what you want, they seem open to building a wrap to your tastes as well. Almost every item on the wall is 5GBP so prices are very reasonable and they take card. Fast and friendly service, decent quality ingredients, and great for a quick bite or when you are in a rush. They have maybe 3 – 4 tables and do not charge extra if you choose to dine in instead of takeaway.

Came here in a rush, on the way to the cinema and the warmth inside was a pleasant distraction from the brutal weather outside. I got a veggie wrap with spicy potatoes and was very impressed with how tasty and filling it was! There is plenty of choice here and I got a fresh OJ too(which was sour as heck) that made me sad that their apple press was out of order. Next time! Still, the staff were cute and friendly and put a smile on my face. Would totally return for a bargainous 2-part lunch!

This is everything you want in a wrap/sandwich sort of place at lunch time. — You’re spoiled for choice — The ingredients are good quality — The wraps are tasty and satisfying — The staff are friendly — It’s affordable — It’s quick I work near here and they are definitely my «standard» lunch. You will definitely queue at lunch time, but they hustle. You don’t wait long. And frankly, given how good the food is and how reasonable it is, it’s worth a few minutes’ wait.

Popped here for lunch the other day with a work colleague. The menu selection is HUGE and somewhat daunting, but if you can’t find something you like on there then there is something wrong with you. Also, the menu diversity could keep me coming back to try different things. The wrap I ordered was a grilled chicken with avocado, pesto and goats cheese with some mixed grilled vegetables. It was really tasty — the ingredients were quality and the price point was about where I felt it should be(5 quid). Don’t bother trying to eat in here, this is a get in and get out place for sure. The pumping music and bustle of the small shop gives it a great vibe — it’s a nice little, albeit brief, escape from your workday. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for something other than Pret or Subway in the area ;-)

I agree with Lizzie below, this place deserves every single one of the 5 stars I’m giving it. Before you see this place you’ll hear it, due to the loud beaty music they blast out of the door at lunch time. The guys and girls making wraps move faster than your eyes can register and dance along to the music as they go. This means that, despite almost certainly having to queue, you won’t have to wait for long. Mind you, waiting a while wouldn’t be all that bad because you’ll be entertained in the mean time. The main guy, Rossario, is incredibly friendly and he’s a true master of excellent customer service. The first time I went to this place he asked my name and a little bit about me and what foods I like and dislike. Since then he remembers my name, my friends names(and asks how they are if I’m not with them) and what my favourite wrap fillings are. He even asks me how my new job is going and reminds me that when I come here with my girlfriend I must always pay for her because it’s the gentlemanly thing to do! Also, if you go here enough Rossario will let you name a wrap. Most of the wraps are named after regular female customers from the surrounding offices. I think Rossario can’t resist the fluttering eye lids of a young lady because I’ve been going here for aaaaages and he still hasn’t let me name a wrap!

Okay the secret is out, I suffer from Menu Panic. This happens when I get to a restaurant and there is a big giant menu, the staff are looking at me and waiting and I just blurt out the first random thing I can think of. I knew when I arrived at Jumbo Eats that this was going to happen. Cos their menu is huge with so many different things. I just decided to abandon the writing on the wall and pick something from the counter. Hence my lovely wrap of tricolore salad with pesto. You probably are not going to kick back and spend all day here gabbing with your gal pals. It’s loud, it’s small, but the food is good.

I ordered the rapelli wrap, and it skeeved me out. Perhaps I should have listened to my palate when it told me that goat’s cheese, pesto, courgette, avocado and sun-dried tomato don’t belong together, but my mind told me that perhaps Jumbo Eats knew what it was talking about and was about to allow me to experience something amazing in my mouth. But it wasn’t amazing. In my mouth or anywhere else. It was kind of gross. And dripped oil all over my plate. Plus, I tried to sit down and have a conversation at one of the cramped dine-in tables and both the volume and genre of the music playing made me feel like I was at a ‘90s rave, except without the ecstacy– neither drug nor food-induced. The service was friendly and helpful, though. I will return and order a different wrap. But, really, steer well clear of the rapelli one. Bleh.

I used to come to this place all the time when I was working in Soho — great, huge wraps, loads of choice, friendly staff and loud dance music. What’s not to like? I hadn’t been back in about 9 months until yesterday, when I took some friends there for lunch. We’d all missed breakfast so a Jumbo Eats wrap seemed like the perfect fix. You know food is good when a group of 4, who’ve been talking for hours, are completely silent as they devour what is in front of them. It has been 9 months but there is no doubt that Jumbo Eats still make some of *the* best wraps in London.

I came here on Sunday — inspired by all the amazing Unilocal reviews — having forgotten that I have eaten here before(about a year ago)! The wraps are indeed delicious. It took me around 20 mins to decide what to get, but in the end I went for the halloumi/chicken/avocado/grilled veggie wrap. Yum. Both times I have eaten here with my friend Peter. There is a wrap called the ‘I love Peter’ which has been my nickname for him since the first time we came here. The ‘I love Peter’ wrap is also yummy. Jumbo Eats is pretty small, so it’s very handy that the menu is written on the windows(especially when it takes 20 mins to decide what to order). The guy who works here is super friendly and lovely. He heard my friend call me Mel, so in turn, got on first-name terms with me — ‘would you like a drink to go with your wrap, Mel?’ I declined the drink, but welcomed the gesture. Apart from wraps, they also do ciabatta, salads, fresh juices, smoothies and coffee. Wraptastic!

Succulent morsels of chicken smothered in salty halloumi, surrounded by chunky bits of avocado, all wrapped up to perfection. Jumbo eats is a taste sensation and more than worth a visit. Expect exceptional service, a huge selection of toppings and orgasmic flavour, big enough for two.

The only justice I can do this establishment is to scream out profanity. ‘OHDEARLORDTHISISSOGOOD. OHGODDAMN! THISISTHEBESTWRAPEVER. OHGOD, OHGOD.’(Mumbling through a full mouth) ‘BEJESUSTHISISAMAZING.‘ There is a phenomenal choice of fillings, the guy behind the counter is a legend, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Oh and just in case you didn’t get it, the wraps taste really, really good.

I’m no wrapologist, but I am a scientist in deliciousness. Believe. My, um, research lead me here today — in discovery the origin of the fabled«wrap.» After conducting bite by bite analysis, I concluded that… Oh who am I kidding? This shizz was the bomb dot com. That’s my official highly educated opinion.

Takes a lot to get 5 stars but this place deserves every one! Jumbo Eats invented the ‘wrap’ and they have a filling list that is so amazing you could eat there every day of the week and have a different flavour. Place is small and gets super busy at lunch but the entertaining chaps ‘wrapping’ up your food totally make the wait worth it. Dancing to Euro Trance and throwing all the stuff about! Duff duff duff… go there for lunch but don’t forget your whistles and glow sticks!

Jumbo Eats is a fabulous Italian coffee shop that serves a wide range of sandwiches, snacks and coffees. The sandwiches are served in kitchen paper just like they do it in Italy which Is a nice touch. The waiters are all Italian and are super lovely and helpful. Outside seating is provided on the pavement, nice in summer and romantic in winter.
