Not much choice of estate agents in Bow and unfortunately Keatons may be as good as it gets. I found them to be economical with the truth and bullying (they managed to upset both our and the vendors solicitor as well as driving our vendor to the edge of breakdown). Everybody seemed affected by the pressure that was put on!
Their approach seemed counter-​productive as when we all (vendor and solicitors and us) started talking it seemed the estate agent had told all parties different things.
Still at least we got the house eventually and this is all just a bad memory.

I viewed a number of flats with Keatons Bow earlier this year and found them very true to estate agent type: calling every five minutes, not calling a spade a spade and, at times, inundating me with text messages, in the equivalent to SMS spam.
Don’t get me wrong, Keatons have some good flats on their books and most agents seem to know the area very well, I just found their constant contact enquiring after whether I was still looking for a flat — I am, sadly, BTW — a little trying.
