I have only been to Kleins for a beauty treatment. But they went out of their way to accommodate me when I made an appointment.
The beautician was professional and efficient. She did an excellent job.
The standard of service was very high which I found impressive given how affordable their rates are.
This is one of the best places I’ve been to so far in London for beauty treatments and I can’t believe how cheap it was! I will definitely be going again.

Horrendous I went for the brazilian blowdry which, because my hair is very dry and fine, usually works really well. I had also used the product they used kerastraight before with excellent results. Kleins applied it in such a stingy manner that there is NO EFFECT after only 1 wash! In fact, my hair appears even curlier/​less treated, probably because the straightener’s heat broke down some of the hair’s strength. I am extremely disappointed its a huge waste of money.
