One of the worst takeaway experiences we have ever had. We telephoned in the order and were very clear about what we wanted which was three dishes. When the order finally turned up, after exactly 64 mins one of the dishes was wrong. As soon as we realised we immediately phoned up to ask it to be put right or be issued a refund. We were interrogated about whether we had eaten ANY of it. We explained we had had a couple of mouthfuls and stopped as soon as we realised. We were then repeatedly told we were in the wrong as supposedly we had not been clear. After a long conversation we reached an impasse where the lady said I don’t give a [expletive] what you say. I get complaints all the time. I don’t need your business. I was in shock but not really surprised that they apparently get complaints all the time with that sort of attitude, although I was not expecting her to tell a customer that. I called back later and left and a message on the answerphone asking to be called back. I was not called back. I called two days later and asked to talk to the owner. The person on the phone said they could deal with me so I explained the events of the evening in question. He told me he had to confirm with the employees and check the answerphone. He called me back and accused me of slandering them and that he was not willing to offer a refund and clearly an apology was not in the offing. We cannot comment on the quality of the food as we only eat a few mouthfuls but it was by no means high quality but more importantly the service was beyond appalling. It ruined our evening and it was too late to get other food so we ate crisps. We will never give them our custom again.

Top quality Thai takeaway/delivery(though you can eat in, but we haven’t done so yet). Tasty, not too greasy, and very reliable. Strongly recommend.
