I have a hard core gaming laptop, the Alienware M14x that I have had for awhile and has started overheating. I wanted to just get the laptop repasted with thermal paste as after a few years it needs a refresh. Now this is an amazing laptop and I didn’t want to leave it someplace I wasn’t super confident about. I called Laptop Repair Specialist Limited to ask if they would repaste. First they said «What do you mean?» which did inspire confidence. After a short conversation I got the feeling they didn’t really know what they were doing and decided I really didn’t want to entrust my baby with these guys. They wouldn’t even talk to me about it without seeing the laptop first. Probably ok dealing with small issues but no thanks.
