This place is take-​away only. Service is quick and friendly.
It’s a good place for a quick breakfast. They do cheap toast with the usual things like marmite or jam and the usual coffees and teas. When I was in there I saw lots of workmen getting full English breakfasts, I guess that’s an endorsement.
They have two different «buffet» selections for lunch. One is a range of salads that I would say is noticably better than average for this kind of thing. The other, a selection of hot food like pasta, curry, Mexican things, chips — this all tastes fine to me, nothing to write home about, nothing to complain about. I think it costs about £7 for a box big enough for most people.

In an area with many, many offices the choices for lunch are multiple. This one is part of a self service sandwich chain which has branches in Mayfair, Euston and Holborn. It’s the perfect place to line your stomach for a night out or cure your hangover.
They have a hot food and a salad self service section as well as a counter where you can order sandwiches, jacket potatoes, Paninis, muffins or hot drinks. The menu is extensive. None of it is outstanding, but it gives you the carbs to deal with either a stressful day or a bad hangover.
If you are looking for a healthy lunch option … this is NOT the place for you.
