I had a good experience with this company. I didn’t see the bad reviews until after I’d sent the computer otherwise would have been put off so I thought I’d see how they did and keep an open mind. Pick up was free with their UPS account. I had a faulty graphics card in an imac, they quoted £250+VAT with 24 hour turnaround which seemed ok. When they got the mac I decided to upgrade the internal drive as it’s a big deal to get inside these machines. £150+ VAT for a 2TB drive with data copied over. That meant the 24 hour turnaround became 48 hours. I paid by bank transfer, £14.99 for shipping and received the mac back exactly 7 days after sending it. They kept in touch during the process and the price was as quoted. I can’t think of a reason to deduct a star.

They made more damage to my computer than I had problems with initially! Avoid at all cost! Better to ditch your computer than hand it to them.

Avoid this company at all costs. The boss man clearly likes to try it on. I asked them to phone me with a cost before going ahead with the work(fitting a new thermal sensor to a 2009 Intel iMac as it turned out) but he phoned to say it was done and would cost £150. When I asked him why he hadn’t phoned first as requested he just said, Well we can put it back as it was, and I can phone you back with the cost. It’s a catch 22. Yeah, it is a catch 22 for me mate. Shady practice and I’m sure he’s overcharged considering the young lad knew what it was as soon as he booted up the computer. They’s also got a laughable multiple option phone line, with accounts, sales, repairs, dispatch options which makes you think it’s a big company. It’s not. There are two full-timers and one freelancer. Needless to say, I won’t be going back there.
