Material has seemingly relocated (lucky me!) from Soho, now perched in a cool space near Gorilla Perfumes on Rivington Street just off Great Eastern Street.
I stopped in today after longingly looking through the window many times. Handmade cards, books, bits & bobs, magazines/​periodicals and some prints from local artists, both framed and unframed.
It’s not cheap, but it is quality. We walked away with a few cards and a magazine… and I’ve been scheming where I could arrange the beautiful bird watercolors somewhere in my flat…(answer: I can and will).
Pro-​tip: Stop in here for a book, then head just around the corner to Bird & Ballard to enjoy your loot over a cup of tea or flat white and sandwich from Elliot’s. Pure bliss near the roundabout.
Next up: Gorilla Perfumes. Must see what that is all about…
