this was the one of the worse burger joints i have ever experienced. I asked for a home delivery as the flyer said we delivery in35−40 minutes. my mum and my self are an insulin diabetic and 1 hour and 25 minutes later the food arrived, it was cold and completely tasteless, so anyone wanting a burger of chicken wings DONTGOHERE!!!

Mazar is one of them strange takeaway joints which serves everything from burgers and kebabs to curries and pizza’s. Normally i would not recommend a place which does all these under one roof particually when normally there is a speciality place in your local area which will cater for your food craving. Mazar however is the exception, to date i have tried the pizza and my house mates have had the curry and the fried chicken all of which has been hot and tasy when it arrived at our door. Mazar persistantly has great deals like buy one get one free pizza’s on collection and you can order all of your takeaway needs from one shop and having it all come together? Mazar also has a small restaurant /eat in area if you fdon’t fancy takeaway.

I would agree with Queen Laura on this one. Mazar in South Wimbledon is one of these strange breed of all in one fast food independent joints. The kind of place I would think would do everything and none of it very well. The truth is that this place beats the usual rules. The staff are nice, hospitable and friendly. The curries are(and with Tooting down the road, there are other options within 5 minute tube ride of excellent quality) really, really good. At lunchtime you can get curry with rice for £2.50 which is a bargain because the portions are rather big. The kebabs and samosas I have had are pretty good with the samosas being under a pound in the night and 50p at other times. Can’t comment on the Mazar Pizza or chicken experience, but there are excellent places next door for that if your desperate for that sort of nosh. As for the eat in area here. A couple of sparse but clean tables. No entertainment(except other customers), so bring a newspaper to read or spend twenty minutes looking at the hung woven picture of Afghanistan and wonderWhy is that on the wall? I have and I am still not sure.
