Purporting to offer an express service for ordering Marriage, Birth, and Death certificates, my experience suggests it’s best to avoid them and go direct to the Register Office. Having paid 70 pounds for the express service, to save myself the hassle of having to go to the Register Office in person, the certificate I ordered arrived 3 weeks after it was ordered, addressed to the wrong person. Of note is the fact that they neither have a phone number available on their website, nor did they ever answer my increasingly frantic e-​mails. Very, very disappointing avoid at all costs would be my advice.
