We came here for dinner around 6:30 pm on a Thursday night. To my surprise, the restaurant was almost empty. We both ordered Shakshuka(the menu was very limited at this hour). It was pretty tasty, but onions were cut a bit too large. The service was exceptionally good! Four stars only because the prices seemed too high for the area(not Central London) and the dinner menu is too small. Megan’s is known for the brunch so I hope to try it once!

Food was excellent. Choice fantastic. Desserts and cakes to die for. Beautiful setting. Great location. Only major let down? Extremely understaffed. And therefore service was painfully slow. The guys did the best they could in such circumstances and I’m sure normally they would be able to provide excellent service all round. But if you can’t meet with expectations they you should not seat the customers. We were there for at least 90 mins for a quick mid week lunch.

We were extremely disappointed by Megan’s and would not recommend. We were a large party paying per head, the amount of food per person was not enough by half, the quality was bad, service was ok but very slow, very friendly but we did had to go and get ourselves napkins and etc. All in all we went away hungry — the party platters were not enough.

The food is OK, but nothing particularly inventive or creative. Standard brunch fair, several versions of eggs benedict. The atmosphere was a bit too much ruin chic; the tables were crowded together, were wobbly and uneven, and the heaters were either melting us from directly above when sitting by a wall or remarkably absent from tables in the center of the room.

The food is tasty, the atmosphere is great, but Service could be improved, there wasn’t a lot of customers and there only two people serving. Although they did top up the water throughout the meal. The food was well presented and not bad portion sizes for the money. They have various offers on at the moment; with two courses for £15 Mon and Tues and BYOFOR £5 on Monday as well as various drinks promo. It’s definitely worth coming if you’re not in a rush and looking for a more relaxing pace.

Have driven by this place a number of times between home and London and have always been intrigued by that sweet pastel blue exterior. Had to swing by on the way home having not had lunch on a Sunday. First off I’m glad it was very busy. Very glad for them. But most certainly not for us. Service was very huffy and puffy and confusing. Clearly there was a table for two but we were told the wait was an hour. Then someone else said it was 25 minutes. Then when I asked about sitting at the bar seats, we were told to go right ahead. Anyway 15 minutes pass and we finally get menus after i got up to reach for one at the front desk. Brunch menu is rather small with either egg dishes or a full on grill menu. We went for eggs. See picture for illustrative purposes but I agree with another poster below that this was nothing to write home about — thus I’m writing it here. :-) £8.95 and that’s what you get — it was average at best and nothing I couldn’t do myself at home. Order coffee. Playing on phones and ignoring my lunch companion for 15 minutes and then the coffees finally arrive. Food arrives practically twenty seconds later. I have high standards and this place just makes the bar. Nice atmosphere and food so so. 3* and a sad no return vote from me.

Yummy! I got the chicken skewers and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the ambiance as it was quaint and homey. The decorations were very cute. I highly recommend this restaurant

It is a shame that such a nice looking place is ruined by their food and cleaning standards. We went for dinner and it took me a while to decide what to eat because I was hungry and the menu is quite limited. I thought about the Tiger Prawns with Garlic and Lemon Butter, but gladly I reconsidered it thinking I wouldn’t be full. I was so right. My friend was served 5 king prawns(17£, ouch!), grilled. I have a problem with grilled prawns, they usually taste like paper. And they came with chips. No sauce as stated in the menu. In fact, it says: For mains… All served with a choice of sauces and hand-cut fries. So you would expect that ordering 6 mains, there is no chance to forget the choice of sauces, right? We never received any sauce. We requested them and they did not bring them. When we ordered ketchup for our burgers, after a good 5 minutes we were given one dip for 3 people. When we asked for a second one, they were surprised. I know we were difficult, because we complained of 4 plates for our sharing starters being dirty(by this I mean something that looked like a big piece of grated cheese stuck in them). We shut up when we realised the bottles of water were really dirty(I am sure they just refill them many times without giving them a wash). Then the food itself. I ordered a burger which was burnt(I said clearly I wanted it done, but not burnt) and it was really dry and tasteless. I did ask for cheese, but it came with bacon, which I had to pay, btw. My other two friends did ask for cheese and bacon, but not me and I can confirm she did not write it down in a rush. Other of my friends ordered a steak and she did not finish it as we did not finish our burgers, because we did not like them. The starters were ok. I can see most of the people goes for brunch and maybe that was our mistake. Service charge is optional, but included in the bill. Oh and #wewantplates, all the mains were served in a chopping board, from the fish and seafood to the steak.

I enjoyed this place. We had a table downstairs next to the kitchen and that was not the best. I would’ve rather sat in the back patio. The food is excellent and the services was very good. Coffee was super tasty too. I would go back next time I’m in the area.

I’ve been here twice, and it has always been lovely ! Both time, I arrived just after they served their week-end waffles, so I had the Eggs Royale: perfect cooking of the eggs ! The latte and the Detox Juice is really good too. Next time, I’ll try the cakes in the window store and hopefully the famous waffle.

Ive been past this place a few times and always wondered about it. I recently read positive reviews on this place so one sunday while driving by I thought I would give it a try. The place has a lot more setting area then you would think as it has more rooms and they use the covered heated back patio. The breakfast menu was unoriginal and not very exciting, basically English Breakfast and different version of Eggs Benedict. I ordered a Eggs Benedict and it was ok nothing amazing, I felt like for £10 a dish I could have made it at home. Its cute inside they just need a more inspiring breakfast menu.

Have to say this is a great spot for brunch or lunch in West London. It’s a lively local place down the less frenetic end of the Kings Road. We had the roast meets and choice of salad. Really well cooked and beautifully presented. The also accommodated our dinosaur totting 2 year-old with real aplomb. Our visit was very nearly a 5 star but the staff got into a bit of a pickle with the bill. The menu is quite diverse, I think it would suit all but the fussiest eater. If you are looking for an antidote from the dreary chain café’s and restaurants this is the spot to come to.

Megan’s has become my go-to brunch/lunch spot in Chelsea. I typically get a salad box, which is a selection of their daily seasonal salads. For the price, it is a huge amount of food — I usually have enough left over for another meal. Beyond the value, everything I’ve had has been absolutely delicious. They emphasize fresh, seasonal ingredients, and their salad menu along with quiches(also amazing!) change daily, so you never get bored. Everything has been consistently great! Besides the food, the staff is very helpful and extremely friendly. I find myself walking past a number of other similar cafes and restaurants to come to Megan’s because the people are so lovely. If you’re looking for a cute, casual place that serves up delicious fresh food, this is your spot.

What a delightful find! This place has a fantastic atmosphere for brunch even on a chilly Sunday morning. The best bit is the indoor garden at the back that has a folding roof so it’s outdoors in the summer but warm in the winter while retaining the outdoor feel. Yes folks, this is restaurant is a cabriolet! The brunch itself is quite tasty, as is the selection of cakes and lunch dishes on offer.

Oh my god I LOVE this place. Not only because it is called Megan’s, but it has delicious food, sweets, and drinks. I went here for sunday brunch and had the eggs benedict with spinach and ham. To drink, I ordered the carrot and celery juice. It was very very tasty but after I ordered I found the magnificent salad bar. Next time I am definitely doing that, everything looked very yummy. The dining area in the back is very cute with fairy lights and outdoor heaters. The front restaurant almost feels like you are in someone’s house with big windows and people watching on New King’s Road. During brunch I tried the tropical jam, which I loved, so I bought some to take home along with a few cookies. I have already recommended Megan’s to a few people and I plan on becoming a regular.

I went here for a friend’s birthday party last week and it’s ideal for that kind of thing. The first thing I was impressed with was the décor, we were surrounded by fairy lights which made the atmosphere quite lovely. The food was a set menu and we shared everything. This was great because a. people didn’t spend ages deciding on what to have b. no one could argue about the bill at the end c. the food was delicious and ample. The starter was a sort of meze board with lots of meat and cheese. The main was steak, chicken and vegetables, perfect. I wasn’t overly impressed wit the dessert(a sort of stale brownie) and the wine was just ok. Overally though very good, and I would go back.

This is a comfortable little spot great for brunch, with big sunny windows and weathered tables and floors. They have a good range of brunch classics, many of which are relatives of the eggs benedict family. I had the no-bread version, which was eggs, spinach, and salmon with a delicious sauce. The place seemed to be very family-friendly for Sunday brunch. There was a group of families with charming children who were mostly drawing with crayons throughout the meal. During the summer I bet it’s even better to go and eat on their outdoor terrace. Gluten-free notes: They have gluten-free bread, some of the time. If you order a dish that is served with bread(such as eggs benedict) it’s not a bad idea to specify that if they’re out of gluten-free bread you do not want any bread. I learned this the hard way after receiving a dish that I couldn’t actually eat. The restaurant was happy to replace my dish, but the gluten-eater in my life had ordered a no-bread dish and was happy to trade with me.

I went here last spring and found it to be a delicious place with eggs benedict made with Parma ham and yummy french toast. I also had a bloody mary which was excellent. The whole place is very charming and homey, with awesome cookies that I usually take to go! Great for breakfast and brunch. The front room is sunny and overlooks some of the Fulham antique shops. Great lattes(I love lattes!) It’s a little out of the way of everything else, but the friendly warm atmosphere makes it a great place to stop!
