I remember when I visited the first time a monki store in Germany(Hamburg) and I was really impressed by its interior and exterior design — of course the fashion was unique as well. However, this store in London wasn’t as good as in Germany! The layout of the store is boring, dated, small and needs more attention to detail.(It is London :) — I did expect more to be honest) Unfortunately, it was crowded when I came in here but all in all I must admit that I was surprised how good the sale was for some nice winter items. Monki — you are a bit scruffy but I still like you ;)

Love Monki! Very affordable and the clothes are very unique and trendy! It may look small upon entry but there are two floors and plenty of changing rooms.

On a recent jaunt to Carnaby Street, I noticed this latest addition to the main ‘drag’ and felt it rude not to pop in and explore. There was a range of good value — and they looked like good quality — clothes, I would say think between Primark /H&M(maybe due to it being Scandanavian it reminded me of this) to New Look. What caught my eye though were the accessories, notably the necklaces which I’m always a sucker for. The service was polite and friendly but both times I’ve visited the store, it’s taken a while to be served either due to queues or the assistants taking a long time to come to the till. Will return and explore some more for funky finds!
