I had a great experience. The staff was very courteous and patient. Even helped me pick a color. Took her time to make my nails neat. I would definitely return.

This was the most horrible customer service experience of my life. The manger did my nails and she was chatting with her friends on the phone during manicure! The towel underneath my nails was filthy. Thank god I changed my mind to a mini manicure without cuticle else would have contracted an infection ! Disgusting. Would never go there again. I felt like I needed a shower after I left the spa.

The manager seems to not want anyone to come back. I booked an appointment on the phone with the manager, but when I arrived the staff told me that indeed the manager booked me in but that they were fully booked so they asked me to go home. As I refused I had an express treatment for a full price. The manager is unpleasant, arrogant and not educated.

I am a regular at this place. I always book with the same two women, Hanna & Tina. They are great! They always do a great job. The salon is nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Was desperate for a mani/pedi while on vacation. They do take walk-ins but I’d never go here again… my nails haven’t been the same since I was there — I just cut them all off rather than having them split(which they have never done before). My suggestion — stay away!

Been here a few times and have not been impressed. The manicure/pedicure itself was ok but very, very basic. I’m giving it two stars because of the customer service. Each time I was there, they rushed through the service. Usually that would ok with me, since I’m a busy person and have other things to do anyways — but I got the feeling that they really put the bare minimum into the job. One time a girl even asked me «do you want your cuticles cut?». Of course I want my cuticles cut! Also — they close early(at 7) but they stop taking people at 6pm. I’ve seen customers arrive at 6:10 and 6:15 and be turned away(even though the staff wasn’t busy and probably could have accommodated them). That’s a signal to me like they aren’t really wanting and excited for the business.

I have visited NailSpa many times, not because they do a good job or its cheap. Its only cuz, there isn’t many nail salon around South ken station. So, I had to deal with the horrible service everytime I visit. they are so many bad experiences, i dont even know where to began. The stuff would ALWAYS chat with each over the room out loud in their own language, they are so into their conversation and forgotten to do my pedicure, have my food hanging there, do a really rough job and tell you its done. There is an other time, the stuff seems like she was gonna cut my finger off! She asked at the beginning if i wanna«cut skin»? I said yes.(I mean y would I pay 20 pounds just for a colour changing?) Then, She seems so inpatient, and pissed after. Even though she did a really bad job on purpose, I did not dare to say a thing. then as soon as she is done, I saw her grabbed her phone, then she was all laughing and happy again. They do NOT care about their Customises at all. I really had enough of them. I rather do my own nails from now on, than paying money to be treated like that.

Very nice Salon, however I can’t say it differs A LOT from other Vietnamese run places. I have done the bio gel nails and yes they look more natural than acrylic but I can’t say it’s very different from other gel nails. I also paid 50 pounds for full set which is more expensive than other similar salons. The staff members are very friendly though. So my advice would be only go to this salon if its your local, if you have another Vietnamese salon close to you check it out, it won’t be a MASSIVE difference like I said unless you want to pay a little more for that difference.

Open seven days a week, Nail Spa is a tidy little manicure and pedicure salon. All the staff are very efficient, mostly women and a couple of men, and all are super smiley and great at what they do. Everyone sits opposite each other in comfy chairs so you sometimes feel like you’re at a nail dinner party with the yummy mummy crowd that it’s often filled with during busy times. Their most popular treatment seems to be nail extensions, which I hear are very good, a full acrylic set is £40 and a bio-sculpture gel set is £60, I haven’t tried either, but apparently bio-sculpture is the new, kinder alternative to false nails. I prefer to go Au naturel and I come for the paraffin wax manicures that leave my hands silky smooth. It’s a really great treatment for the cold winter months. They use OPI polish which stays chip-free for a fair amount of time and a quick file and polish is only £10/£12 for a French manicure. They even have a man manicure, so there’s no excuse that he shouldn’t have gorgeous hands too.
