One star because they are consistent. Unfortunately, what they are consistent at is losing information, needing it again for the fourth, fifth and even sixth time. Twice I’ve tried starting an account here and both took months of excruciating annoyances to get absolutely no where. It’s almost as if they don’t want new customers.
Not sure if the reason it is so terrible is the staff or the bank as a whole, but regardless, this NatWest is just straight up terrible.
