Yes I dare write a review for a mobile phone shop but this is the holy grail of mobile phones shops. The girls working here are polite, attentive and ACTUALLY SOLVE your problems and follow up on them. I was ready to completely cancel and switch companies but their service here was so above and beyond what we get in London (or other O2 stores for that matter) that as long as they keep going I will stay!
