Walking home every day I eyed the shoes. Wonderful shoes. I realize that these may not be as amazing as some other shoes, but as I saw them every day, I wanted every single pair.
For a special event, I finally went in and told one of the sales staff what I was looking for. He took me to exactly the perfect pair right away, helped me pick out the right size, and then advised me to get it in a ½ size too large as I was going to be wearing them dancing (darn those swollen feet).
I can’t put on that pair of shoes without thinking of all the other shoes that I want from here!

Of course who would argue with the trendy shoes and trainers that Office produces?, yet, if you want a real glimpse of all their shoes, I’d recommend you go to a larger branch like the one in Queensway. The Portobello market version is ok, but I feel like it’s not big enough to encompass all the shoes of the current season. I don’t mean to deter you from going into the shop, but I’d rather see everything that’s available than just buy one pair of shoes from what one shoe store has. Shopping for shoes is a different issue in comparison to general clothes shopping, because at least you know what style you want, so you go to a particular clothes store. Yet, with shoes stores, they try to sell all different styles and genres in one store, which makes it very difficult. Portobello is very busy on a Saturday so visit during the morning if you have to. Prices vary for Office shoes, from £30 100, so be wary of your pocket money. I usually find that the quality of their shoes are average. Office shoes won’t break easily yet they won’t last for years on end. The style, however, in undeniably unique. I’ll always have a look at what Office has install each season byscanning their window display in 20 seconds.
