Popped in for some help with my brand new omega as the watch strap was killing me. Distantly polite initially, but not helpful, they spent 20mins informing me there was nothing that could be done to help and ‘it would be different if you had bought the watch from this boutique’. Unbelievable service for this brand and very disappointing at this high profile location.
