the groupon advertised half and hour massage and half an hour treatment of choice. The first half an hour was acupuncture, without even me knowing it at all, I thought it was going to be a massage, the guy put needles on my back and without saying anything he left for half an hour, I was left there for half an hour without any notification. And that was the better half an hour, the second one was acupressure which was extremely painful. After the treatment they took me to a room and explained me that my back is all wrong (although I never had any sort of back pain, not until today at least!), so they tried to sell me a package of treatments, back to the counter they tried to sell me oils and patches. I am giving 3 stars because maybe it was supposed to be so painful and I’m not an expert so I’m not saying it’s all wrong, but they shouldn’t advertise a massage if it’s not, and they should let the person know what they are doing instead of leaving them there for half an hour.

I bought a Groupon offer of Accupuncture and Massage from Organic Remedies. It took me ages to to book an appointment with them. I rang them for four week and they keep saying they were fully booked. I finally got a booking, when I went entered the shop, I was surrounded by 5 staff member of OR, they wernt welcoming at all, the man who was working as a receptionist was very rude and grumpy he directed me to the ‘doctor’ who gave me a 15 mins free consultation which I didn’t ask for. Both the doctor and receptionist were speaking to each other in mandarin and I didn’t know what they were saying, and I found it rude. The accupuncture and massage was suppose to be for an hour but it lasted for 48 mins. I had the accupuncture which was okay, later the messueur came in to do the message and I want to say it was an horrible experience, the lady was very rude and very moody, she was rushing and was trying to get the massage over and done with, I was trying to say something and she told me to be quiet, she was horrible. I paid for an hour service but it lasted for 48 mins, I told the staff members about this and they said they gave me 15 mins free consultation which I didn’t ask for. I would advise anyone who wants a massage to stay away from this place. They are horrible and their customer service is rubbish!
