Why is this place called Orli’s Coffee Machines? It’s a kosher restaurant.
Anyways…
Orli’s is right across the road from my office in London, so, everytime I’m in town, I end up eating here at least once. I have to say, almost everything I’ve gotten here is pretty good.
The Penne Arrabiata is yummy — especially in December. If you want something a bit healthier, their Greek salad is fairly good as well. I’m still not sure why I was given salad cream with it when it was covered in olive oil already but I’ll just leave it down as a lack of understanding of British salads.
All in all, I wouldn’t make the trek to Hendon from Central London to grab lunch at Orli’s but, when I’m in town and it’s there, I will more than happily go. Bonus to them for being a kosher restaurant which is a big selling point for some of the folks in my office.
