Papa John’s

Was late by 1hr 15 mins. Then got the wrong flat after describing on the phone in detail how to access the place. Tried calling back they said the driver had returned home and would not be coming back. This is the 3^rd time this has happened. Absolutely horrendous service, and ignore the phone when they know you want to make a complaint. Would escalate to head office but they wont give the manager’s name. Please avoid, so many better places in the area and they dont give a toss about the customers. Staff wanta quick buck then head off home. Horrible place. NB — this review is about the Tooting/​Balham branch but as their manager refuses to give his name and rejects and kind of customer feedback this is the closest medium and branch I could find.

I L-​O-​V-​E pizza, I could be eating it everyday and although Italians would probably disagree with me, I really like the ones from Papa John’s. I learnt there are different ways to do pizza and I love them both (unfortunately for my figure!).
I will only tell you in this place they know me and I do not even have to order what I want.
