Made a booking for lunch on a Saturday. The place is quite small, with minimalistic design. The menu had a selection of small dishes — starters, vegetables, fish, meat and dessert. The waiter suggested that we order about 3 dishes per person. We ordered two dishes from each of the vegetable, fish and meat selection, and ended with a dessert to share. All the dishes were very simple yet beautifully presented. My favourites were the duck egg, scallop ceviche, and the banana financier! Later on I saw another table order the salmon dish, which looked pretty awesome and I regretted not having ordered it! Nonetheless I enjoyed all the dishes that we had. This pop-up will be running until 11th March, so best get in before they’re gone! For my full review complete with pictures, check out my blog:

A stunning ‘pop-up’ restaurant from David Moore & Ed Dutton. Small, ‘Bistro’ interior. Prices pretty mainstream, so don’t be deceived. Very friendly staff, great wine list, exciting well thought out food. Dishes come plainly as described, using very fine cooking and ingredients. You can start with the ‘bread’ small and perhaps two smalls and two mains. Puddings were also fab. See if you can get in! Booking via web only at mo., but turn up seats available at lesser times.
