Pizza Factory

Wir waren vollauf zufrieden! Die Pizzen sind lecker und knusprig, das Personal außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn etwa ¾ der Tische besetzt waren mussten wir nicht lange auf unsere Bestellung warten.

We had an amazing breakfast here! It was pretty quiet when we came in so we were served pretty quickly. We had the full English breakfast and I have to say it’s the best one I had in London so far. Nice portion and tasted great! I’m sure to visit again when I return to London.

Very bad restaurant — the Food was okay but there was NOT enough food — they bake 1 (ONE) pizza a time — and they dont bake a new one before the Buffet is empty — i would definitely not recommend this restaurant!

After walking around all day around London this place was a nice small restaurant to relax and enjoy a good meal. It took me time to get used to eating dinner alone sixe I traveled to Europe solo, but the staff here is so nice and the food is so good. I was a little tired of typical British cuisine and felt like some comfort food, which for me is pizza and pasta. I LOVED the chicken and pepperoni arrabiata. Very flavorful. Decent prices too. If you’re over by the queensway tube exit, you gotta try it!

Sat down for dinner here before reading the last 2 reviews. Didn’t order the buffet but ordered a plain cheese pizza and BBQ pizza both of which were good — not great but good. A little too much dough, maybe not enough topping but I would come back here if in the area. Service was good as the restaurant was essentially empty on a weekday.
Didn’t use the rest rooms so can’t comment.

We had dinner there one night last week and I don’t recommend this place. It had a pizza buffet and the price was only 6 pounds/​person, but the pizza was essentially tasteless. Also, none of the pizzas were labeled and it was difficult to tell what they were (everything looked almost the same). Additionally, the restroom wasn’t clean and the stall was absolutely *miniscule* (seriously, I could barely manage to get in there and it’s not like I’m overweight). The only reason why I’m giving two stars instead of one is because one of the hostesses was pleasant (the other one was perfunctory).

we were really disapointed, being students we have low expectations and yet this dropped well short, the food was just dripping with cheese and grease, but what was worst was the staff.

We were really hungry and just desperate for some breakfast food one morning, and their breakfast sign caught our eyes. It was a terrible mistake. It’s a breakfast buffet with standard breakfast items like eggs, sausages, ham, hash brown, etc. But just about everything tasted so terrible that even though I conservatively took 1 of each item, I still can’t bring myself to finish my plate. The ham was sooo very salty and the sausage did not taste like sausage… didn’t taste like meat at all actually. Eggs were so greasy and tasteless… Then we noticed that there is a sign that says something to the effect of, if you don’t finish your food, you will be charged extra… Topping that off, the server was so disinterested… overall a terrible experience.

Ich glaube das war die beste Pan-​Pizza, die ich bisher gegessen habe, zumindest die Pizzen scheinen also schon mal echt gut zu sein hier. Das Ambiente, naja, ich fand es hätten etwas mehr Gäste da sein können, da die Räumlichkeiten doch recht groß sind. Das Personal war freundlich, die Preise sind (wie wohl überall in London) eher heftig. Gut, dass der Euro gerade so stark ist (bzw. das Pfund so schwach).
Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Firstly it was £6 for an all you can eat buffet which includes pasta and salad. Everything tasted nice nothing triggered my taste buds so it was an average pizza. There was not much variety in pizza, i think there was about 4 different ones to choose from.
The staff were very friendly but what i did not like is the décor of the place but I guess if your paying £6 for a buffet you cant complain.
