Pizza Hut

Poor isn’t even the right word to describe the customer service, food and overall experience from this Pizza Hut branch.
I ordered online a Two for Tuesday’s deal, and was told my delivery would come ASAP — this is usually half an hour from years of previous experience. However, besides me providing a contact number I was not told the branch was busy. Now Twos for Tuesday’s is a weekly deal. I’m sure being busy should be anticipated.
It had now got to over an hour after my order was placed. I called the branch to be told my order was with the driver and would arrive in 10 minutes. Half an hour placed and I was starving and still without my pizzas. I was then told the delivery would take up to an hour as my order hadn’t even been processed.
By this point, I was more than fed up and demanded a refund (paid online and the money was taken straight away) and money off my next order with any branch. I WILL NOT be ordering from Pizza Hut Acton again.
Pizza finally turned up cold, the extra toppings were missing and I had lost all appetite for this so called food.
