Good neighbourhood restaurant for pizza. The pasta dishes have been a bit hit and miss. Staff are friendly and children are especially welcome. This place has now reopened after a spell as a branch of Malletti. Locals are pretty pleased they got their old Sette Bello back.

Everything I’ve tried has been really good and a full meal(appitizer, entrée and dessert) is always £20 or less. The cheesy garlic bread appetizer is amazing. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the area.

Sette Bello is, to my mind, the kind of great Italian local that everyone wishes was on their doorstep. Good renditions of all your usual pizza/pasta favourites, served in generous portions and without swimming in oil… Check out their Specials Board for some really decent, well cooked seafood at prices that are an absolute steal. Add cheesy Italian music, red and white checked table-cloths, and the kind of charming waiters that try and chat up your mum… Grand night!

This Italian restaurant is an absolute treasure! It’s family run and as such all sorts of ‘authentic’, with collections of photos and coins and postcards and that sort of thing all over the walls and a lovely atmosphere. Service is friendly and efficient and the prices very reasonable. The food is absolutely wonderful. The portions are very generous(you could easily share a pizza) and the range is good — I had a pasta dish which was lovely and creamy although I could have brought a box and taken half of it home for another meal! Recommended for hungry Italian food lovers!

Nothing fancy here, but very friendly staff, excellent pizzas and a huge menu of other Italian staples. Frankly, I would stick to the pizza. Very child-friendly. Shame about the views of passing buses outside.
