I’m a fan of this chain except for this Muswell Hill location. I’ve been coming here for a while now to give it a fair review, and sadly they’ve failed to deliver each Saturday that I’ve visited.
Their smoothies are ‘watered’ down and not tasty at all when compared to the same ones at another destination — say Tottenham Court Road.
The staff fail to properly label their soups — I didn’t know which ones were dairy free or gluten free. I didn’t even know what I was drinking. I had to guess by the flavours.
Renee Eliot — do please check this location and do something to make it like your other shops. The service here is under par, and I’m actually thinking of boycotting this store altogether.
P. S. I’m a loyal shopper having spent thousands already!

Have experienced terrible customer service here/​very rude member of staff. Have complained to planet organic but have never received a reply or an apology. The prices in here are also very pricey! Will stick to ordering my organic products online and going to other local produce shops.

I’m in a shop labelled «organic», so I’m sceptical. Yes it’s a fabulous emporium of all things pure and fine. BUT, and this is a HUMUNGUS but… have you looked at the air-​miles on most of the stock? It does my head in. If you’re so worried about eating beautiful, clean, pure, carefully sourced, unpoluted food, how can you overlook the place of origin. So much of the stuff is flown in from other CONTINENTS. I’d be okay if it was sourced in Europe, I’d be even happier if it was sourced in the United Kingdom AND Ireland. Shall we do that people ?
They do a fabulous croissant…
… nuff said.

I popped in here on my way to a chicken UYE nearby. They carry a nice selection of food, both cooked and uncooked. The only thing which may make you choke are some of the prices
With Wholefoods now freely available in London, it may put a dent into their profits

I think i’ve taken up residency! What can i say about it? I love the food and once you’ve tried the coffee you’ll never go anywhere else.
There is a wide variety of gluten free, dairy free and wheat free products as well as much much more. A must visit in Muswell Hill.

While travelling through North America I was completely smitten with the Wholefoods stores and upon returning to London have sadly found our smaller versions somewhat overpriced and far and few between.
Planet Organic is, I guess, the next best thing, although still very overpriced (£4 for a pack of wraps? Really?) the take-​away food I have had has been delicious, the service friendly and, best of all, they do a vegan chocolate mousse exactly like the one I became addicted to on my USA travels — huzzah!
