I need to get out of the non-profit sector so I can shop here on a regular basis! The merchandising by designer with the cute calligraphied note cards indicating the designer as if they are an artist(which they are when it comes to these shoes) is lovely. From Converse and Fryes to higher-end, it just makes me so happy to be in a pretty store with pretty shoes. Slightly disappointed to find out it is connected to Office(was hoping it was an indie shop) but I am still giving it 5 stars. Now, onto the plan of marrying rich so I can haver perty shoes!!!

It doesn’t matter that I can’t afford the shoes in here because they still let me play in them! I can prance around in some jelly Vivien Westwood delights til my hearts content and no one is rude to me or asks me if I’m going to by them… and yes I would buy them if most of my pay check didn’t go on wine food and rent. Unfortunately as of yet, I have not made my fortune and I have not married a rich man who is willing to buy them for me, as a result I will just prance around this store for free. Poste Mistress don’t just sell their own shoes either, you’ll find Stella, hanging out with Paul and Marc and as I mentioned before, Vivien is at the party too. Recently I saw they had a sale and got super excited I forgot I was on my way to a meeting — sorry about that! Again I didn’t buy anything but the reality of me actually doing became a lot closer. I think it’s the size of the shop that I like so much, a huge space for a boutique with a nice open space in the middle, carpeted so you don’t feel like your in a museum and with shoes lining the edges. Seriously a happy place, even if you don’t have the cash to splash.

Poste Mistress is undoubtedly a shoe lover’s heaven! I love it here — I can’t say I make a purchase every time I visit but I certainly add another pair of gorgeous shoes to my wish list. The boutique has a selection of shoes by the most desired designers such as Vivienne Westwood, Miu Miu and Lulu Guiness in addition to a fabulous range of the shop’s own brand designs. Indeed, it is expensive and unless you make a conscious effort to save a few pennies to make a purchase, you will probably just be window shopping. But those extra pennies when your tootsies are adorned with the beautiful Miu Mius, are definitely worth it!

In three repetitive words: gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. If you like high-end footwear but department stores are not really your thing head to Poste Mistress on Covent Garden’s Seven Dials. A boutique owned by high street chain Office specialising in rather more chic — and therefore pricey — shoes, Poste Mistress sells both its own-brand footwear and shoes by Vivienne Westwood, Dries Van Noten, Lulu Guiness and select other designers.

This is my absolute favorite shoe shop in London. Love it! The selection is good, with designers like Vivienne Westwood, Miu Miu, Dries Van Noten. with very high prices but hey, that is life outside of high street. The stores style is really cute, pink and girlish. The shop is hardy ever too busy so you can take the time you like trying all the pairs you fancy and playing princess!

I have a slight shoe fetish and when the time comes that I can just about justify adding a new pair to the collection; I always head out to Poste Mistress. With Miu Miu, Chie Mihara and Dries Van Noten in the range, you can be assured that you are buying into quality. Not all the shoes quite hit this price point but on offer is a varied selection of elegant yet wearable shoes, perfect for every occasion.
