Attentive service with a smile, as expected. I bought a pair of men’s shoes and a messenger bag. Love the carpeting.

Nice store, very much similar to other Prada stores around the world.
Nice merchandise, pretty displays…
But the staff! Snooty, lazy, too self important to go in the back room and check the stock…
I went in with a clear mission in mind — buying a briefcase — and extraordinarily so I came out without it.
The one display bag was badly scratched, and the aspiring actor/​model who was there to help was obviously too worried about dirtying his hands to try and find me another bag.
It is an absolute wonder they manage to sell anything… or maybe I got really unlucky and the other sales assistants are fine.
Beware of good looking male staff!
