Lacking atmosphere as you would expect from a restaurant on a major station forecourt but reasonable menu and good food. Excellent, friendly service makes up for location. Would definitely eat here again if needing a quick refuelling stop whilst travelling.

We popped in for a late dinner and were pleasantly surprised by the swift delivery of food. We ordered a pulled pork starter and shared a pizza — fairly large portions and fairly tasty pizza (of what you would expect for a chain type restaurant).

This branch was located in a busy King’s Cross Station, so it was not ideal for a relaxing meal.
The Crab Cakes were tasty but salad had quite a few withered leaves. When I pointed it out to a waitress, she just raised her eyebrows and brought a manager. He said, «What’s wrong with it?» in a surly manner. I explained for the second time and he asked me if I wanted it to be replaced. He just took it away without any apology.
Spaghetti with King Prawns was tasty and full of flavour. However Char-​grilled Chicken Funghi was too think and dry.
The service was dismal and unfriendly. You can get far better meal at Euston branch.

Disappointing — porridge with berries (50p extra!) had the consistency of rice pudding and was topped with a mere three raspberries. Grabbed some better porridge from Pret downstairs afterwards. Staff was a little surly for no obvious reason too. Oh well.

I tried the bruschetra which was really delicious. Made with fresh tomatoes and I am guessing pesto sauce was also used as a dressing, this bruschetta was absolutely delicious. The bread was soft and crispy.
The penne arrabiatta was also quite delicious for 8 pounds not a bad deal at kings cross

Needed a quick and easy dinner.
Went here on business trip, as we needed a quick and good place for a planning dinner. The service was quite nice. I ordered the bolognese and liked it. That said, it’s not award winning Italian, but definitely gets the job done.
It is located on the 2^nd floor overlooking the train boards.
Don’t half step. Not a destination, but a good meal in a pinch.

Went in here for lunch 26^th June, my first time in prezzo but my partner has been before, it was one of the most beautiful Italian meals I have had. the staff were friendly and attentive even though it was quite busy, and even though not Italian I finished off with what had to be the most beautiful sticky toffee puddings I have ever had, and I’ve had a few. a must for anyone who likes good food.

Today I came here to have lunch after watching NAKED BIKE RIDE’S FESTIVAL !
The food was nice and friendly staff. The place is loud because of the station.

Hier war ich bei meinen beiden Tagesaufenthalten in London zum Mittagessen und zum Fühlen wie Harry Potter mit Hagrid.
Es war ein herrliches Gefühl mit gutem Essen und für Londoner Verhältnissen guten Preisen.
Die Kellner haben zwar sehr viele Rundgänge gemacht, aber das konnte man vertragen.

My friends and I stopped in here for lunch while passing through Kings Cross, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed in not only the food but the service as well.
The waitress was quite snarky with us the entire meal and gave my friend the most searing of looks when he asked mentioned that she brought the wrong order to him. Our waters were never refilled, even when asking several times.
As for the food, the pastas and pizza were lackluster at best. The bruschetta was so drenched in pesto, that my friend jokingly began to call it «pesto bread». Honestly, the food would’ve been passable for a meal if there were no other options if the service was only better.
In my honest opinion, save your money and eat elsewhere!
