Raft

Horrific and ghastly sofa unit purchased back in February, it arrived with a badly structured frame, deflated cushions and an awful fabric that displays stain or rub like patches all over the unit under any pressure being applied to it. On raising my concerns, I was told these patched are stains and the fabric was not faulty, despite unit being only used for 2 days. The sofa looks hideous and few years old. My communication with Raft is either ignored or responded to with months delays.
They trick customers by taking full payment upfront 10 – 12 weeks before delivering, what they call, custom made unit of a shocking quality without an option for a refund. It has been 6 months and I have not been offered a refund or exchange despite their Guarantee on upholstery advertised in their general Terms and Conditions. I have requested for this atrocious piece to be taken away, as it is frankly embarrassing and shameful to keep in the house.
I used to be a Raft supporter and enjoyed their furniture and did not hesitate to go back to them for this recent purchase, but my current experience with Raft has left me with a feeling of greatest regret and disdain. I would not recommend shopping with Raft to anyone as it can only be described as buying a PIG IN A POKE!!!
