This place looked nice from the outside unfortunately the american girl that worked there seemed really unhappy to be there as she was frankly quite rude as soon as I walked in(unfriendly and condescending when I ordered my coffee). When I had a gluten free muffin which tasted awful, like mushy clay predominantly made of oregano, she refused to give me something else instead after I explained that I couldn’t eat the herb. She told me that I should have asked if it contained oregano and only after refusing offered me a protein ball which was half the price and sadly tasted like a ball of sugar. The coffee was really good though and the other lady seemed very pleasant. I mostly felt uncomfortable being there which was sad as I was keen to order more things and try out different food.

Great coffee, great food, friendly service. My only complaint would be that the seating area isn’t very cosy.

A lesser known gem on Regents Park Road. They have a good selection of sandwiches and salads that can be prepared for takeaway. Their bread loaves are also very good, especially the multi-grain. Go late in the day and they sometimes throw in a little extra.

This tiny little coffee shop in Primrose Hill was adorable! They sell these little balls made from dates and chia seeds, similar to what we have stateside, naturally sweet and with a little crunch to them. They also have almond milk and I was able to get an almond milk flat white, very good while I was on a morning walk around the place. The staff was very kind and accommodating and the place is sunny and airy!

Wow the first review! My husband and I stopped in at this cute place today. I got a good-sized portion of the kale salad with mango which had a delicious dressing; methinks it was lemon-based? He got the mozzarella and pesto sandwich and loved the pesto. With a soft drink, £9.75 which isn’t too bad for London. We sat outside and are thankful one of the staff shooed away some they couple who had sat at our table bc we didn’t put our stuff down right away. Otherwise the attitude was typically London– not very cheery or smiling.
