I am a regular mini cab user in the Camberwell area. Ruskin cars are the worst in the area, for service. The drivers are usually nice and friendly, but the operators on the phone are very rude, unefficient and they hang up the phone on you before you have finished talking. Unreliable, unpunctual, and lack of costumer service. They kept me waiting for over 30 mins on 2 separate occassions. I do not recommend this company at all. There are many other companies in the area that can be used instead. Other minicab companies reliable and that care about their costumers.
