Sainsbury’s is definately the cheapest supermarket in Putney. The shop is quite large and so has a very good selection of items including fresh cheese, meat, fish and bread sections as well as a place to get fresh olives and indian food! The staff are very helpful most of the time but sometimes if they dont understnad what you are talking about– Lardons, chopped bacon bits, panchetta they replied Ha sorry I dont think they exist and I’m thinking I bought them here last week!
But even with this minor fault they are still the best and cheapest supermarket in Putney.
