The customer service is friendly, helpful and polite. I always get stuck when it comes to self-checkout and have not much patient to figure out where is the problem on the screen. A lady from customer service her name I believe Edyta quickly sorted the issue explaining me what was wrong and automatically making my life easier from that day. These are the kind of people we are looking for like Edyta: smart with right attitude. If we consider the fact our spam attention to self– checkout machine is like 3 years old kid then customer service that is provided in Sainsbury is undeniably crucial. Thanks Edyta!

This branch of Sainsbury’s is a «Local» branch and is located in Euston Station, I would say in the outside part. It is a small store and does look smaller than what it actually is, however it does have a small amount of scan it yourself and regular tills, and you can still, of course gain Nectar points here. The isles are very narrow and the choices for drinks are quite poor, with the Tropicana and Fizzy drinks, lines mainly featured. For a train station, the prices do seem quite reasonable especially compared to WHsmith, but for everything else, the range is on the poor side and is not really worth a look in, they is even quite a few newsagents nearby or even WHsmith who would have a wider range of drinks, hence the 2 star rating. I wouldn’t advise you to avoid this place at all costs but I wouldn’t say to visit here either. Dissapointing for the Sainsbury’s brand,
