The gelato was amazing and true to its Italian roots. Staff was nice and the selections were good. I recommend the salted caramel. Excellent.

I love this shop! The staff is friendly and the selection stunning! I love businesses that choose something and specialise in it. Here is is ice-cream, and they are great at it! The variety is interesting and fresh. The location is good and the shop is clean and organised. However the cherry on the cake is the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable ready to offer you a taster! Need to visit again and again!

I ADORE this chain! Again with the lemon-sorbet! MOREMOREMORE! GIMMIE! I could eat them out of that stuff. I am sure the rest of the ice-creams are good too, indeed, I used to flirtingly experiment with different flavours, bot now you just gotta hit momma with that large tub of lemon sorbet. This lady’s not for turning.

The best latte ever! Wow. They kind of took forever to make it, but boy was it worth it. Really wanted to try the waffles but they seemed awful expensive, so went with the cheaper carrot cake which was great too. It was rainy so not in the mood for ice cream but they looked amazing. There’s really little seating and no bathroom. but that seems pretty typical in Europe so won’t mark against that. Unfortunate though!

Delicious gelato! The lady serving us was very friendly and helped us make the always tough decision of which flavors to get. She was patient as we contemplated the matter and then made our decision. A bit steep on the price but worth it no doubt!

Lend me some sugar; I *am* your neighbor! Londoners, why aren’t there more reviews of this wondrous place? What a shame it would have been for my B’s if I hadn’t stumbled in here to sooth my aches and ills with a sweet treat and emotional eating. Seriously, I wandered into Scoop feeling under the weather and by the power of chocolate, I was healed! Put it on the board! First of all, as soon as you walk inside, you’re hit over the head with the enticing aromas of confection and joy. The clerk behind the counter knew she’d hit the jackpot of fatties when I walked in, so she started mentioning all the various flavor combinations at my fingertips. Absolutely overwhelmed, I decided on a large waffle cone. The cone — roughly the size of a caveman’s club — comes FILLED with FOUR flavors. But but but… get this. I received FIVE because the clerk accidentally scooped the wrong flavor of chocolate. First of all, there is no wrong flavor of chocolate. Secondly, yes and please! As my eyes widened to watch scoop after scoop of creamy happiness fill the cone, I felt my power levels returning. I happily paid for my goods and snapped a picture so as to make others jealous. Then, I got to the matter of eating my bounty. Flavors: Dark Chocolate, Dominican Chocolate(and you KNOW I love me some Dominican… chocolate), Strawberry, Caramel, and Amaretto. Let that all sink in for a second. You know I am a sweet treat genius when it comes to matching flavors. In fact(not to brag, but it has to be said), most recently at an ice cream shop, the owner marveled at my ability to put together the perfect flavor combo. It’s a gift. In any event, once I started to receive angry/jealous/sad responses to my picture, I knew my work was done. All that was left to do was to eat and be healed. Be healed!

We came here 3 nights in a row! It’s up there with the best gelato I’ve ever had anywhere including Italy. High end ingredients you can taste in every bite. Every flavor we tasted was bursting with flavor and not overly sweet like it can be in some gelato shops in the states. Seriously recommend their waffle cones here. It has a layered flaky texture I’ve not experience elsewhere and the stuff they dip it in is great! The cone dipped in chocolate and then rolled in crispy rice is the best! The store is across the street from South Kensington tube stop so it’s super convenient to stop here for gelato and stare at the gorgeous Lamborghinis at the dealership across Old Brompton Rd :) So wish we had better gelato here in the Bay Area. Gelato Classico is like the In-N-Out of Gelato. It’s decently good and everywhere, but we need to kick things up a notch.

Mmmmmmm gelato. Gelato is the king of desserts. And now the poor deprived people of South Kensington have their very own branch of Scoop. It’s pretty good value for high quality gelato — the hazelnut flavour(langhe) was particularly good.
