My favourite salon in London for cut and colour. I now go all the way across town so I can still go here. Staff are lovely, massage you get with colour/​cut brilliant. Also reasonably priced in my opinion.

I’d ignore the person who posted below. One review and no other site contribution. Anyway, I work around Liverpool street and use Shiroma for my haircuts. I don’t have a complex request or style requirements… Never-​the-​less they spend a good 45minutes cutting, massage if you want it, good hairwash and rinse and attention to detail.
It’s very relaxing, perfect for after work as they open till 8pm. A 6 or 7pm appointment is great and their stylists stay fairly consistent through the year. Japanese probably, asian for sure, very polite and helpful.

I probably shouldn’t let this secret get out — this is a brilliant place for a cut — and a nice treat for those tired of butcher-​barbers.
For £23 or so, you get to wear a kimono, get a lovely shoulder massage, a lovely head massage and get some good magazine time.
And as an extra bonus, the attentive staff give out a haircut!

This is a fantastic salon in Liverpool Street. The stylists are all Japanese and I’ve been getting my hair cut here for nearly ten years. The stylist who has been cutting my hair for the past 5 has done a fantastic job each time. He cuts my hair so skillfully, I can sometimes go up to 10 weeks between cuts and the style keeps its shape. The added bonus of coming here is a head and shoulder massage after the wash and before the cut. The décor is tasteful and chic and the price of a wash, cut and blowdry is £40 — pretty standard for London. The salon is open till 10pm during the week but is not open at the weekends. Worth every penny!
