Got some pretty decent falafel wraps here in October 2015. At the time, they cost 4 quid each. Not bad value. I would go back.

The customer service here is great, I come late late at night after 2:30am and there is a gentleman there is always so kind and pleasant, he makes sure I get everything I need even if they don’t have it at the moment. He is from Egypt, and really takes care of the customers. The food is seasoned to perfection and you can tell things are marinated(flavor explosion). If you are on a sodium free diet this isn’t the place for you… Lots of places in London lack flavor and salt, but this place doesn’t.(Very flavorful, salted perfectly, cooked fresh to order the way you like it) a+ If you don’t want food they have gelato that looks delicious. I had the fried tilapia whole fish that comes with seafood rice that tastes so good and salad. I often get. Chicken shrawma. That is good as well And the lamb kabob or minced meat kabob I’m not sure what the real name is but that is amazing as well. Meat Samosa. If you want something crunchy with a delicious surprise in the middle They have hooka outside if you would like to smoke but the food here is authentically amazing!!! Great customer service…(I can only speak for the light night since I have never gone in the day) 5 stars for food and customer service the atmosphere is pretty as well… I will update you once I go in the day.

I don’t understand why this place doesn’t have more reviews. Easily my favorite spot on Edgware. It may not be the flashiest spot, but the food and sheesha easily make it the best and busiest. You need to spend an evening on their patio having sheesha in the nicer months.

0 Stars. 1 is doing it too much justice. Went there on a Sunday night and the shisha part was busy but it was dead inside. The place used to be Al Dar but they have moved to nicer, newer premises. The Shishawi new management have kept the ghastly old décor and it looks like they haven’t even cleaned it since moving in. Now onto the food. It’s dry and tough and not particularly nice. The service is about the same. When we asked for some tap water(after having ordered some other drinks) we were told they don’t sell tap water. An argument ensued after which they insisted they cook all the food with bottles of mineral water and they have problems with their water tanks and they wash the dishes with mineral water too. We wondered whether all the fish tanks were also full of mineral water. So yeah, this place has no redeeming features, and plenty going against it. If you find yourself here by mistake, leave immediately. Do not collect £200, do not pass go, and definitely don’t ask for tap water. Absolute rubbish.
