The service here was absolutely atrocious. I told the staff that I needed a particular size passport photo as the size that my countries passport needs is bigger than usual. The guy said okay and took my photo. After paying and collecting the photo I didn’t even pay attention until later when I looked at it. The photo size was exactly the same as the British passport photo. I went back to the shop and told them that the photo was not right, the guy got angry for some reason and told me that I wasn’t clear enough even though I asked him twice if he understood me properly. He told me that he wouldn’t do anything else and he won’t give me a refund so I had to call the manager and only after that the guy agreed to retake my photo. So he retook it and the printing process was literally about two minutes long. I look at the photo and the quality was absolutely horrendous. I later on found out that the size was still not right and I had to go and pay a different shop to get them redone. Worst service ever!

I bought passport photos from this place and they were rejected by the post office for being non compliant. I was then refused a refund even though I’d brought proof that my photos were refused. Do not buy anything from these thieves.
