Spice Garden

Spice Garden is a different kettle of fish. On the Mile End road you’re used to seeing kebab eateries, or even fully fledged restaurants that you sit down and eat in. However the Spice Garden is a beautiful hybrid between the two. except not being able to sit down and eat a slap up meal is a bit of a downside.
The menu could be exactly the same as any decent Indian restaurant, but as the seating area is pretty meagre, you’re looking to take it home. Their is extensive choice, ranging from proper starters, to chicken and lamb curries, to sea food curries. The people in the eaterie are very friendly as well so don’t be afraid to ask for any special recommendations with your order (a little bit more sauce then usual for mine please mate, love slathering the rice in it!). The food itself isn’t amazing though, I feel that when I bother to make myself a curry I do slightly better. However the prices are expectantly competitive so you won’t be too out of pocket. Try it out if you feel the urge!
