Spun have definitely got their location bang on! It’s halfway between Charing Cross Station and Covent Garden on a very busy street. We’ve walked past it before and it’s always been shut, but not this time. Woohoo!
We initially walked in because they had ‘Just Married’ rock candy and we thought it was adorable. And the smell inside is incredible. It’s just pure sugar. Almost enough to give you a sugar high by osmosis.
After a quick look round, Matt spotted a red sugar rose and being the romantic he is, he bought it for me. They wrapped it in bubble wrap to make sure it didn’t break and Matt handed over £8.95. A small price to pay for a grinning fiancé for the rest of the day!
