Great spot located inside the Trocadero centre. I went there 3 times during my last stay in London. Not a big place but i always found an available seat ! Being French, i’m always happily surprised to see how British people gladly share their table with strangers ! You will not find that in France very often… The staff is kind and helpful. Funny thing though: i KNOW i’m French and English is not my native language but i can at least spell my first name ! … My name is Audrey and the barista wrote«Auderi» on my cup… 3TIMES !!!

This is my local Starbucks at work. It is located inside Trocadero centre and you will be amazed at the amount of locals AND tourists using this branch. Funnily enough at this side of Piccadilly Circus there are no other coffee shops, but if you just walked down the road at the other end(either Shaftesbury Avenue or towards Leicester Square/Covent Garden) you will see so many Prets, Eat, Costa etc you will get dizzy. So let’s just say they enjoy a nice unique spot. As you will see from my photo uploads, this new system change of Starbucks trying to be «closer» to the customer has backfired spectacularly. My full name is Elaine. Now, seeing as we live in England and my name is not some random combination of Chinese words phonetically translated into English you would have thought that the staff would get it spelt correctly with ease. No such luck. I have had more random nicknames from this branch than since secondary school. Anyway, the last time I went in there, the person who made the coffee must have totally realised that no-one can have as weird a name as «Elein» that he didn’t bother trying to call out the name but the coffee name instead. Staff wise, the service can be a bit slow at times. The staff are usually foreign(although now and again I see familiar faces behind the counter who are usually smarter than the foreign faces) and there was a particular experience that made a lasting impression on this branch. So Starbucks sometimes advertises in Metro to tell you to come in and try a new type of coffee beans and essentially gives you a free cup. The last time I did this the staff behind the counter was slightly rude about it, and also, I came in with my colleague and she made one coffee and not two! Then she proceeded to give us a look of exasperation when we said where is the second one! Hello? Is it not normal for 2 people going in to order 2 coffees? We said 2 during order stage! Yes it is a freebie but no it does not give you the right to be mean and bitchy. Typical Starbucks experience all around.

Yes, I’m addicted to Starbucks. This is an amazingly busy little branch. And you see ALOT of tourists. I had the strawberries and cream frap which is very sweet and tasty but nothing on the regular coffee one.

Perfect little place to spend a pleasant moment. Starbucks would like reputation and I love AC. I advice! I love the frappucino and their chocolate muffins

Great Starbucks near Fenchurch Street station — I always pop in if I’m waiting for a train. They have the usual range of coffees, plus snacks, cakes, paninis etc. The coffees are expensive but, in my opinion, they are the best coffee shop chain so it’s worth it for a treat. Now it’s November they have started their ‘festive’ line of drinks with Dark Cherry Mocha, Toffee Nut and Gingerbread(my favourite!) lattes. Plus the ever popular red cups!

An ace coffee shop! They not only do coffee though as we all know I love their hot chocolates, made right infront of you with real choc! They also do tea and all other wonderful beveridges. Im sure they do cold drinks aswell! A bit pricey but high quality. You can sit and muse inside the store for hours with a book on their comfy chairs. i even saw someone in there with a laptop working away! Having found a plug to plug it into! They also have the nicest cakes and brekkie goodies, im sure its not good for caleries but deffo good for the tastebuds! quick efficient service and quality on each visit!
