With my wedding coming up I did not want to be the ‘fat bride’. Erron helped me loose over 6 kilos for 2 months all the weight I wanted to lose in the time. The changes to my body shape were noticed not just by myself but all my friends, family and work colleagues. They were all stunned at my progress whilst I have been having training sessions. At the end I looked stunning on my wedding day thanks to my personal trainer Erron, who helped me with the guidance. I look forward to continue my training sessions.

I needed someone to help me take my workouts to another level so I could get some REAL results. When I started working with Erron I’ve never been worked out seriously in the gym. Obviously I need someone to motivate me.
When I first met Erron, he immediately understood my goals and made my transition to the weight room comfortable and fun. He was concerned about your activity between appointments and made a creative workouts so I had never been boring.
As a result, I continue to see results and am in better shape and healthier than ever.
