Swift Cars

Drivers are very rude. They are cheaper than other cab companies, but you have to put up with unprofessionalism (specifically, the driver whinging the entire way about how he could not find the address, how much traffic there is, etc.). I wish they would just shut up! One time, I was waiting at a hotel for pickup and couldn’t find the driver — I called him and it turned out the idiot was at a totally different hotel. These people are incompetent. Another time, I was at a large train station, and the driver wouldn’t drive to the correct area to pick me up — he even said, «Next time you want a taxi from us, don’t even bother.»

Used to say good service, good value, very pleased.
However with my booking before last their app was down.
Last time they called shortly after booking on app to say they are fully booked. Recently I have been using other firms more and more often.

We ordered a Swift Car to take us to Heathrow the night before an early flight.
Unfortunately, due to a snafu with our out-​of-​country cell phone number, we missed their original call. When we called them back a few minutes later, we had to wait another 20 minutes for them to send a new cab as the original driver had been reassigned.
That said, the ride to the airport was uneventful, and the driver made good effort to avoid excess traffic. The ride was also extremely reasonably priced compared to a regular taxi, and far more convenient than taking the Tube. I would recommend Swift Cars and will certainly use them again on my return to London.

I have used this cab firm many, many times. Mostly when I stumble out of the Good Ship, a little worse for wear at 4.30 in the morning…
These guys are pretty awesome in that:
a) the guy on the front desk always remembers my road, without me telling him
b) you never have to wait more than 5 mins for a cab
c) their prices are very reasonable
d) there is room for a little bit of haggling.
I am a fan. I got a cab from East London (Liverpool St Station) to Willesden Green (NW London) at 3.30am after a night out and it cost me £18, which is virtually unheard of.
Their drivers are usually good for a deep chat about various political or social issues at silly o’clock in the morning, which is always good. Heh.
Also, on my birthday, after a night at T’Ship I told them it was my birthday, and with no shame (that would be the Sailor Jerry talking… or would it?) I asked them to give me a free cab ride home and THEY DID.
